Don.t tell…only planet..), that there is Gold in the river, I met a gold miner that showed me how to pan for gold and even where to dig in the gravel beaches. He told me that his grandfather was at the earthquake slip, after it happened in 1964, and the slip had dammed up the river for days, and below there was gold on the exposed river bottom. He paid off his farm, and his mate ran off with his with wife.
